Where Is Your Bakery Located?
I operate out of my home-based cake studio. I am permitted by the County of Los Angeles Health Department as a Cottage Food Operator. This allows me to legally sell items I bake from my home.
How Do I Order Treats For My Event?
Under the Contact tab of the menu leave me a message. Be sure to fill out all the required fields and give as much information as possible. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response.
Why Does It Cost So Much ?
Several factors affect the cost of your cake. Custom cakes generally take hours to make, even "simple" ones. I also take pride in using quality ingredients which contribute to a higher final cost, but trust me it's worth it !
Will You Deliver My Order?
Orders within Long Beach City Limits over a certain dollar amount will be delivered free. All other orders are subject to a delivery fee based on mileage.
Why Don't You Offer Cheesecakes?
As a Cottage Food Operator, there are limits on what I am allowed to sell. As a general rule any item that requires refrigeration is off limits for me. I recommend refrigerating most of the items I offer, however it is not necessary.
All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles:
Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Soy and Nuts
